They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

Honestly I couldn’t have been more in love with this venue. Everyone talked about how gorgeous this venue was. Melody was amazing throughout the entire process. They require you to have a wedding planner/coordinator. Which honestly was a godsend for the day of. The only thing that we ran into was the timing of the venue. I had the venue for six hours and they give you a gracious hour that allows you to set up the venue. So I was expecting us to have the venue until 10 which meant us doing our exit at 9:55. That was not the case. Which meant us moving up our timeline an entire hour. It all worked out in the end and it was fine. I don’t know if that was communicated clearly enough. Because they had on their end I had the venue from 3-9. Which I was wanting 4-10. My coordinator and a bridesmaid said that the venue manager did get a little more rude as the night went on. I didn’t personally deal with them. My coordinator handled everything for me.

We have only positive things to say about the Pines of Alvarado. There was ample parking. With the gazebo, two pergolas and multiple blooming plants, the approach to the building was very attractive. It was 99 degrees when we arrived at the venue, but the room was cool and comfortable. The catering kitchen worked well (our caterer loved it) and included a freezer, which was really nice since we served ice cream for our groom's treat. The kitchen also worked very well as our bar, with a convenient place to put a large frozen margarita machine. We loved having the ability to provide our own alcohol and appreciated the Pines providing the (required) security officers. We did put one row of pipe and drape up so bar goers didn't see the catering work going on behind the drape. The room was large enough to seat 130 guests for a dinner buffet - with adequate space to move about. There was also room for multiple "specialty" tables and a dance floor. There are giant barn doors that were perfect for entrance of the wedding party, as well as for the sparkler send off. A large window at the far end of the building let in ample natural lighting. The building was spotless every time we were there and they had ample tables, chairs, and cloths to meet our needs. The building is rustic in design, but became really pretty with minimal decorations - especially once the strings lights were turned on. Kylie was great to work with. She was flexible, responsive and attentive. Her knowledge and suggestions (when solicited) were invaluable. We are so glad we found the Pines of Alvarado. It was definitely worth the short drive from the metroplex.

We believe that the focus of any celebration should be on the joy you share with the people you love, so we’re here to take care of some of the details. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. The Cabin (dating back to 1905) has been remodeled to serve as a getting ready-space as well. Our Chapel features family-made stained-glass and antique pews. The chapel sides can open to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors. The two-story Reception Hall can accommodate up to 242 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. Our venue is located close to modern amenities while still offering a tranquil setting for inspired celebrations.

I did not have to worry about reaching out to vendors, or scheduling times for them to arrive. Emma did it all and with the sweetest charisma that made everyone feel taken care of. Even with a little family drama that can take place on your special day, Emma made sure that my husband and I were first priority and that what we wanted took precedence. I enjoyed every moment working with her from day one of planning to ending the night with sparklers. For better understanding of who you are working with when you choose Emma as your big day stress reliever, she is like a friend you can’t wait to see rather than a stranger on the sidelines. She is prompt and puts her entire self into making sure your day is the best one yet. We absolutely adored her! And to top it all off, the venue was a literal DREAM! It was magical.

We chose the “Vintage Premier Package,” which included catering, a bar package, cake, florals, photo booth, DJ, centerpieces, and even lite bites with mimosas for the bridal suites—spacious and beautifully arranged! The food and cake were absolutely delicious, and the bar staff did a fantastic job keeping the drinks flowing. Noy’s floral arrangements were stunning and thoughtfully curated. She also served as an incredible venue liaison, going above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on schedule and was set up to perfection. Josh, our DJ, was excellent at keeping the energy high and everyone entertained, and the photo booth was a hit with our guests—it added such a fun touch to the day! We booked WED Spaces for our wedding venue and found their communication style to be a mix of email, phone, and online appointment scheduling. While the venue itself was nice enough, we did experience a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. For example, the attendant was present to answer questions, but the security guard did not assist with showing guests where to park as promised. The venue provided round tables for guests, white chairs, cocktail tables, and square catering tables, which met our basic needs. However, we were disappointed that we did not receive any follow-up from the owner after our event.

ArtSpace111 was everything we wanted in a venue! Beautiful outdoor space? Check! An indoor alternative in case Texas weather is wild? Check! Included staff to make the day go perfectly? Check! The gallery is so beautiful that there's hardly anything that needs to be done to dress it up for your wedding day. Brandi was a dream to work with and our day-of coordinator (included in the rental fee!!!!) Tiffany made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. You can use any vendors you want apart from table rentals, and the team at ArtSpace has lots of suggestions if you're having trouble finding vendors. They took care of suggesting vendors for florals, bartenders, bussers, childcare, lounge rentals, and more for us! I cannot overstate how amazing our wedding at ArtSpace111 was!
