Great Team and Unique Location!
The Hills of Luella is a great venue. It is gorgeous, located on loads of natural Texas beauty, and has a wonderful team managing the space. As a professional photographer I love visiting The Hills of Luella. Loads of natural light and gorgeous locations for unique images. I can't recommend this venue enough!

Yes, we allow the option to stock the bar. We require that you use one of our approved TABC licensed bartender services and one of our Grayson County security officers.
We require couples to get Day of Event Insurance for themselves( normally less than $150). It is for the Host's protection.
Our venue rental is from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. (14 hours) - Cleanup from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
There is an airport in Sherman, but most of our guests will fly into DFW or Love Field in Dallas.
Yes, we have 5 acres available for parking. It is free.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.
The initial retainer fee is non-refundable. The remaining payments will be reviewed based on our contract agreement.
Set up, tables, chairs (200 inside the reception area & 200 at the Gazebo). Plus, we have an warehouse of decorations that we offer to save our DIY brides money.
