This hidden gem is a privately owned property full of beautiful sunsets, generous views of rolling greenery and peaceful lakes while secluded with all the scenic southern comforts. This custom-designed venue is ready to capture you and your loved ones' hearts with cherished memories and an experience of a lifetime. If you're looking for an outdoor setting, this is it! Our patio space has beautiful landscaping around the altar and porch area. There are 18 custom-made benches that will hold up to 13 guests on each row comfortably. The 2.5-acre pond and acres of rolling trees create a private and intimate scene.

Our groom's cabin is the perfect space for the guy's to gather on your wedding day. The cabin has a full kitchen, full bathroom and living room. We have a ping pong table as well. They can enjoy the TV or the great outdoors with catch and release fishing.

Spacious bridal suite that is sure to leave a lasting impression and unforgettable memories.

Spacious area with all the natural sunlight for make up and hair. 2 vanities with 3 chairs at each station. Full bathroom. Kitchenette area with keurig and microwave. Full size refrigerator. We have 2 antique couches and 2 beautiful chairs for sitting and pictures. We also have a dining table for a nice brunch with your favorite ladies.

We provide 300 seats. Tables include 36 round tables and 6 rectangular tables designed and arranged to your preference.
The venue does not provide a day of coordinator but we do have amazing coordinators you can hire.
Yes! We offer one complimentary 2-hour engagement or bridal shoot session on our property upon availability.
The Hidden Willow has additional decor options to add to your package. This includes table decor, floral, arches, hedge wall, and more!
The Hidden Willow will allow you a one hour rehearsal time 24-48 hours before the wedding. If extra hours are desired, then you will be able to add them for an additional rate of $175/hr, if the venue is available.
There is a $500 security deposit due on the day of contract signing. To secure your desired wedding date, the security deposit, 25% of event total, and contract signing must occur.
The final payment is due in full 2 months before the event. Cash, check, PayPal, Square, Venmo, and Credit Card is accepted at this time. (Payment for debit or credit come with 2.9% processing fee.)
You will have exclusive access to The Hidden Willow from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM (15.5 hours), on the day of your event. The last hour is designated for the couple's send-off and clean-up.
We do not allow staples, nails, screws, or duct tape on walls, floors or the arches. 3M command hooks are the best to use if you wish to hang anything in the venue, but please notify before using. Zip ties are best to use on the arch. If you have any other decorations you want to use and are unsure if they are welcome, please contact us for clarification.
Yes. If alcohol is served at your event, The Hidden Willow will hire security and a TABC certified bartender, but the couple will be required to bring cash to directly pay the security officer and bartender. The Hidden Willow prefers guests to be served beer, wine and champagne. Spirits can be arranged upon request.
Yes, we have a designated area in the parking lot for smoking guest. However, we are a non-smoking facility inside; including e-cigs. All cigarettes must be extinguished in the smoking poles.
Set up and take down of chairs/tables are included in the venue fee. All items brought by you, your vendors, or guests are to be removed by the end of your rental period. The Hidden Willow provides an onsite dumpster for your event garbage, vendor trash, and any other waste created from your time at the venue. If additional clean up is required, this could effect your security deposit refund.
You will receive your security deposit within ten days after your event once we thoroughly inspected the venue and property for damages.
