Crescent Moon Venue is an intimate, industrial-chic gathering spot comprised of: -A modern-rustic black barn with wooden tables, black chairs, and other furniture options for many uses -Two shipping containers -A courtyard area with incredible views, especially at sunset. Includes benches, an arch, and a great sound system. -"Flex space" for vintage furniture seating, high-top bar tables, outdoor games, and more -Outdoor kitchen -Large firepit and seating area -Coolest Retro Bus Photo Booth - Grooms get ready area - Lovely Gardens -Other photography areas such as crescent moon bench, motorcycle trike, whispy lights hanging from beautiful trees, retro letter "moon" sign... too many to name! Crescent Moon Venue can accommodate up to 100 people and offers unique lodging opportunities for up to 20 in our luxury domes, luxury tents and our 3 bed/2 bath Bridal Home (additional costs apply). I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Aaron and Erin at The Crescent Moon Venue for their outstanding service during the planning stages of my daughter's wedding. Planning this special day from Australia was not easy but, from the very beginning, Aaron's honest, quick, and constant communication set the tone for what would be an incredible journey towards my daughter's special day. Aaron's dedication to ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed was truly commendable. His honesty and transparency throughout the process instilled us with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that we were in capable hands. If you want to feel like you're in the Texas Hill Country while in North Dallas, you've found your dream venue! Erin & Aaron are INCREDIBLE hosts who put so much hard work, love & purpose into every unique space. They have the purest hearts and are sure to make your experience one of a kind. Truly, Crescent Moon is a VIBE & the sunsets are everything! 100000% IG-worthy. 5 stars!

If serving alcohol at your event, you will need to provide security and licensed bartenders. We’ll need to see proof 30 days prior (same time as “Day Of “ Insurance is presented). Can we BYOB? Yes, with a preferred TABC insured Bartender(s). We require that you hire a bartending company from our preferred vendor list.

We offer 15 spaces on gravel and an additional 20 spaces in the grass.

Yes, we have wheelchair accessible restrooms in the house. Keep in mind that much of the property walkways and roadways are gravel and mulch.

12-14 Hours depending on the day/type of event. 10am or 12pm start time. Music and scheduled activities are to end at 11 p.m., leaving adequate time for packing, cleaning, and quiet time and/or departure. All guests not staying overnight are required to leave by 12pm.

We do not refund or reschedule after booking. Because of that, we highly recommend “Day Of” Wedding Insurance. It is affordable and ensures that you are covered if something not involving The Venue at Crescent Moon happens that would cancel your event. Here are a few options: ewedinsurance.com, www.eventsured.com www.vensura.co, www.wedsafe.com A couple’s “Day Of” insurance protects the couple’s investment, whereas the Commercial General Liability Insurance protects The Venue at Crescent Moon property.

You are required to obtain a Commercial General Liability Insurance policy for the day(s) of the event. The policy will need to be for an amount not less than $100k property damage and 1 million liability and “The Venue at Crescent Moon” must be named on the insurance as “additional insured.” Proof of insurance is due 60 days prior to your event which coincides with final payment. We must be extremely strict on this requirement. Here are options for purchase: www.theeventhelper.com, www.wedsafe.com.

Clients pay 50% of total upon contract signing which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the reserved date. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the contract without refund. The signed contract, 50% venue rental cost and $500 security deposit are required to hold the date. All payments towards venue rental are non-refundable. If The Venue at Crescent Moon is unable to fulfill its contractual obligation, the entire deposit will be returned with no further penalties or liabilities.

All vendors must be insured. Proof must be presented 30 days prior to the event.

When alcohol is served, security must also be provided. Security services will determine if more than one officer is needed. Proof of security services must be provided 30 days prior to the event.

At time of booking, we ask for a $500 security deposit. We also require a credit card on file in the event of payment default, damages, or violations of contract. We trust that you and your guests will respect the work we've put into this property. Any additional damages will be documented with pictures and proof of replacement, if applicable. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for charges about the $500 deposit amount.
