The Vintage Rail was the perfect space to host our wedding! The courtyard was perfect for our ceremony and was a seamless transition into the indoor space for our reception. The Vintage Rail team was easy to work with and great at communicating. Would highly recommend this venue for your wedding or next event!

I wish we could go back!! It was such a perfect venue! The bridal suite next to the reception hall was clutch! Kristen was amazing and took care of us till the very end. Would recommend this venue to any bride who wants an easy day!

  • Kristin is amazing. Cute and customizable space.

My now husband and I got to see this space around February 2022 and we booked the very next day. The price is reasonable for everything included. Communication in the beginning was rough until Kristin, the new coordinator, was brought on. I can’t imagine the effort it took for her to sort things out, but she is simply fantastic! The bartenders were really nice and Kristin was our day of coordinator and was extremely helpful. Anything I needed she was happy to jump in and help. The space also looks fantastic once you add your personal touches. It’s exactly what we wanted. The option of indoor or outdoor is convenient, the sound system easily hooks up to your music apps, and the lighting is completely custom. Overall, we had a great experience. - We did have a few issues: We saw the venue again sometime around May to work on a layout and we also saw the vintage rv again, which we planned to use for photo ops and as a photo booth. However, the day before our wedding on 10/22, I asked about the rv and they apparently sold it to fund the getting ready space next door. I think overall, this was my main disappointment because 1) it was in our contract that we were supposed to have the rv and 2) I had my heart set on having that in my photos. But there was nothing to be done by that point. Also, the bnb that was included with our purchase was booked for the wrong date (I’m sure this was not Kristins fault but it still happened). The hotel they gave us a voucher for wouldn’t take us because it was a TCU game weekend and they required at least a two night rental. So Kristin pulled together another bnb that the owners also own. It was a really wonderful space BUT the hot water wasn’t turned on. Also not Kristin’s fault, but a cold shower the night before my wedding wasn’t fun. Lastly, one of our cocktails was supposed to basically taste like vanilla sprite and it was great at the tasting. But whoever bartended for us at the wedding made it so different that it tasted more like a margarita. Luckily we had two cocktails to choose from but it was still a bit disappointing. - Overall, I think eventually this venue will have most of the kinks worked out. I’m still thankful we had our wedding here, but the lack of communication was pretty frustrating, especially concerning the RV.
