Situated in a former shipping warehouse at the edge of Rochester’s historic NOTA district, our event space is open and modern, with intriguing hints of its industrial past. We welcome parties of all sizes, for any occasion. To accommodate all styles, the space isn’t overly “designed.” We’ve intentionally left it a blank canvas, so to speak. We offer the opportunity to customize everything on your big day from seating to sips and snacks. We work closely with the area’s leading rental companies to provide the most beautiful table settings and our bar manager will design a signature drink or pair the perfect beverage service with your meal.

The Mansion, built in 1906, was a wedding gift to Elizabeth and Erickson Perkins from the brides parents. The Perkins Mansion was generously donated by Elizabeth Perkins in 1947 as a gathering place for women.

The Meadow is a four-season venue on Seneca Lake. Home to Vineyard View Winery’s Seneca Lake tasting room, our 100-person event space can be expanded during the warmer seasons to host up to 170 people in an indoor-outdoor experience. The Port Watson Mini-Conference Center is the premier venue for gatherings in the Cortland area. Located just minutes from historic downtown Cortland this family-owned business is centrally located between Syracuse, Ithaca, and Binghamton. Three indoor event spaces are available for rent, suitable to host anything from small intimate gatherings to large weddings of up to 100 guests. Our newest addition, the pavilion, is our outdoor venue perfect for weddings looking to take advantage of the warmer weather. Each room is entirely customizable to your needs and for your convenience, all tables and chairs are included in your rental.
