We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms. Schuler’s Restaurant will provide exclusive catering for exceptional culinary experiences.

Northville Hills Golf Club has an elegant banquet room with high wood-beamed ceilings, a beautiful mahogany bar, a cozy fireplace, and panoramic windows looking out onto the golf course. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The base package includes tables, chairs, a tent as well as setup and teardown. Use of the grounds for your rehearsal and engagement photos are subject to availability. The Millbury Firehall is an event venue located in Millbury, OH. Tucked away in a quite corner of town, yet conveniently only minutes away from major cities like Perrysburg, Toledo and many more. Originally built in 1956 as a community center for The Lake Township Fire Department, it has since grown into one of the areas largest event venues!

Chateau on the River is a unique wedding venue located within the picturesque grounds of Elizabeth Park in Detroit, MI. Situated along the Detroit River across from Grosse Ile Island, its elegant interior and beautiful views make it an ideal setting for any wedding. This historic venue holds 190 guests and has both indoor and outdoor capabilities for ceremonies and receptions. It features marble bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the river, and cocktail space adjacent to the Main Hall. Chateau on the River offers all-inclusive packages which include catering and bar services, event rentals, setup and cleanup.
