The Pines was absolutely the right move for us. The location was perfect. It was 10 degrees cooler than in Denver so was perfectly comfortable in the summer. The location was beautiful. The Evergreen terrace felt intimate but grand. The upper reception space was the same. The day of coordinators Morgan and Claire were PHENOMENAL. They worked with all of my DYI/creative touches with a "let's make it work attitude". They took everything so seriously and acted quickly when there was a concern. I did not worry about things happening correctly on my day... let that sink in. The plated meals were pretty darn good for wedding food. We received nothing but compliments. We brought in mostly our own vendors, which was the right choice for us. The only hiccup was with their affiliated DJ. From the DJ, we would've appreciated a bit better communication before, listening to our limitations and boundaries, and attention to details. The day was still magical overall. And the Pines made that ideal. At the end of the night and our scheduled uber was there we didn't want to leave. Claire handled it. Suddenly the uber was gone, another was coming in 30 minutes and we got those last 30 minutes with our guests. Overall, would highly recommend the Pines. They are dedicated to making your day special and they will work with you for that to happen.

My husband and I had the best experience with Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings! We needed the assistance as I’m not the wedding planner of the year type and Kade & Heidi showed UP for us. They both gave advice on what was popular, what fit our “vibe”, and were so flexible with my slight indecisiveness. We can’t express how grateful we are to the whole Ken Caryl Vista team for helping us have the best day of our lives. You won’t regret booking your special day with this team!

We could mot have asked for a better team to help get us through our special day. Maria and Jackie are amazing! I didn't want for a single thing that day. It was if they were mind readers. The food was fantastic! I can’t count how many friends have reached out to say how fun the wedding was or how good the food and cupcakes were. Everything was perfect. They met all of my expectations and more. I will forever be grateful to them.

Hands down the best wedding venue, hosts and staff we could ever ask for! When we toured Mountain Crust a year ago, we fell in love with the down-to-earth, backyard style wedding that we had always dreamed of. From day one, the Mountain Crust team went out of their way to ensure we had the most amazing day ever. Leading up to the event, the team was constantly in contact with us to ensure we had every detail planned and prepared. As with any event, last minute changes are inevitable but the Mountain Crust team was always there to help us with the planning and execution. Fast forward to the day of, and I wish I could say how many times I thought "this is the most perfect day ever." The Love Shack getting ready suite was a perfect place for the Bride to get dressed, and be removed from the stress of the day. When I say stress, I should emphasize that the Mountain Crust team removed every bit of concern or stress we had - and it was just the stress of standing up infant of a bunch of friends and family and having the most epic party. After our ceremony on the lawn, the Mountain Crust team went to work - pouring hundreds of drinks, serving hundreds of pizzas and ensuring our guests were always taken care of to the highest standard. The Mountain Crust team truly made the difference between a "good" night or a "good" venue and one that us, nor or guests, will ever forget for the rest of our lives. If you are considering a backyard wedding, a reception - or even just a fun event, we cannot recommend the Mountain Crust team higher. Mountain Crust has several options of budgets, food and drinks to fit your needs and they are more than willing to work with you guests that may have dietary restrictions. With that said, we are totally partial that their pizza is the best in Denver, and your guests will absolutely love it!

Elevated spaces, hotel rooms, and super yummy food all in the same place - talk about a one stop shop. We had the pleasure of working with the team at Ashley Ridge to plan our wedding. From start to finish, we felt supported, heard, and prioritized. Whether it was our initial meetings with Bekkah and Calypso or the final meetings and day of coordination by Summer, Kira, and McKiah; the team consistently went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our day came to life flawlessly and it’s truly because of the work of this team. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, atmosphere, and how seamlessly the night went. We truly attribute that to all the little things that Summer and McKiah did to make our dreams a reality (and then some!!) Summer made sure that the set up and execution of the schedule was spot on… she even surprised us day of with some thoughtful details that blew us away. McKiah was so attentive to us and always made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the night. We went into the wedding planning process looking for a venue and team that could help us reduce the inevitable stress that comes with wedding planning and boy did we find it. Everyone needs an expert wedding planning team like this one on their side!!

The space is so customizable and allows you to choose the vendors that fit you best. We chose all of our vendors from SKYLIGHT's preferred vendor list and we were thrilled with how experienced and professional they all were. The entire team at SKYLIGHT, specifically our planner, Sophie, was so helpful from start to finish. Sophie was communicative and met with us on a regular basis to make sure she had a complete understanding of our vision for the day. (And she knocked it out of the park!) My husband and I have been visiting the Botanic Gardens for years and it was the only venue we wanted for our wedding day. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and many of our guests commented afterward how beautiful it was. We also knew ahead of time that we wanted an intimate wedding and the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium as our location. The weather was fairly warm on our date but our guests didn't feel it because the venue has lots of shade with the solarium and trees. It also felt like a more secluded space, which is something that we wanted. Our wedding date was a very popular Saturday in June, and I believe 5 other weddings were taking place at the same time! Because our location felt so private, we hardly noticed. The only exception being the "golden hour" for photography, where we were taking photos in the Japanese garden and carefully maneuvering around other couples also taking photos. If you want to be the only bride in sight, keep this in mind. We didn't care though. Because we had such a small wedding (40 people), we chose not to have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I would recommend one for this venue if you have a larger group or if you don't have a lot of helping hands. We had a lot of help from our families on the day of the event - helping set up things like the gifts/card table and brining in liquor in coolers. We also carried out a lot of items ourselves at the end of the night. This isn't a complaint from our end, as we expected to do some of the coordination ourselves. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to have to do anything on your wedding day, be sure to hire someone for that role. Emily was great at coordinating from the Botanic Gardens side. She gave us helpful information when needed, responded quickly, and we also met her about a month in advance to walk through the site, going over details on things like chairs and tables. In addition, you get an hour walkthrough during the day before your event. On the day of, I booked a touch-up room (included in the price). They have a limited catering list and we were happy to use Serendipity Catering for our food, bartenders, service staff, desserts and floral, which made coordinating everything a lot easier! I highly recommend working with Brie and Raven. Another perk of booking this venue is that you can bring in your own alcohol, which can save money. Negatively, it was a bit of work for our families to haul all of this in and out while in formalwear. Depending on which space you book, you are also only able to have acoustic music. We wanted (and hired) a string quartet, so this worked for us. However, if you want to dance the night away with a DJ, you would need to book elsewhere for the reception or book their indoor ballroom. The best surprise for us was a free couples membership for a year to the Botanic Gardens. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spend more time here, enjoying their many event offerings throughout the year. We can't wait to return year after year!

Our experience working with the staff at the McNichols Building truly could not have been any better. From the time we took our first tour, to the end of our wedding day everything was wonderful. We were originally scheduled to get married there in June of 2020 and moved our wedding not once, but twice due to Covid. Both times we moved the wedding their staff was incredibly accommodating and rescheduled our date without any fees or difficulty. We finally had our wedding there in Oct. 2021. Their original events coordinator we worked with, Julie, who we adored, took a different position during the pandemic and the transition between her and the gentleman who took of her duties was seamless. John was also so easy and pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff was just as incredible and accommodating on our wedding day. We rented the third floor and it was perfect for our 150 person wedding. We loved the modern style of the room and the local, modern art on display added unique decor and personality to the space. We used Civic Center Park and some surrounding areas for wedding photos and they turned out beautiful. This venue is truly a gem of Denver and I would recommend using it for any event - personal, business, or otherwise. You will not find a better event staff to work with!

We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!
