TLIC was started in 2017 when owner Chris Hiltz captured his first wedding on video. Within the first three weeks of posting the film, three couples reached out and booked Chris to capture their wedding. At that point, he was hooked! After capturing 22 weddings in his first year, he realized the importance of the relationship between photographer and videographer. He reached out to his top photographers from the first year and developed partnerships. Those partnerships have blossomed into TLIC now having 9 full-time and 11 part-time team members that all work together training and developing their skills and wedding day approach together.

Award-winning videographer Zach Strouse created Positive Vibe Media in 2015 after graduating from Salisbury University with a BA in Communications in Media Production & Psychology.
