The DJ kept the party going all night with a good song selection, though they did play 3 Taylor Swift songs in a row at the start, which we would have preferred more variety. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. We'd recommend HiMotive to other couples looking for an energetic DJ.”

“We always ranked the music as the number one priority for our wedding, and we’re so glad we entrusted David Rothstein Band to bring our party to life. Planning a wedding during Covid had many challenges, including not being able to see the band live, but thankfully, David has so many live videos available where we can see the entertainment his band delivers day in and day out. Those videos, along with David’s passion for his work, made us confident to chose his team to make our day special. For our wedding, we had a classical duo during the ceremony, a pianist during cocktail hour, a jazz trio during dinner, and an incomparable 10 piece orchestra to dance the night away. “I don’t know where to start with Dillon and Electric Sugar…. They were incredible. Plain and simple. I worked with Dillon leading up to wedding weekend and he was kind, prompt, professional, and fun. We worked together to create a set list that was perfect for our taste in music. Dillon also played guitar at our ceremony and it was beautiful. He did a combo of guitar and prerecorded music per our request and it was perfect. He brought all the equipment needed for our officiant to have a microphone as well. The Electric Sugar band as a whole played for our reception. We had them for 3 hours and the dance floor was packed for 3 hours. They were so much fun and SO talented!!! It was the best party and they were a huge reason behind it! I would recommend them to anyone for their wedding or any other occasion they are looking to add spice and energy too. If we ever host another event where music is needed I would book them in a heartbeat”
