Jennifer Franklin, the Sales Director, welcomed us with a big smile from the moment we first introduced ourselves. We were very impressed with the beauty and style of the location. It had everything we were looking for from outdoor, desert chic style with cactus, lakes, mountain views, twinkling lights, and the best Sales Director! Jennifer was more than accommodating and willing to help us turn our vision into our reality. She worked with us every step of the way, ensuring the spaces for our ceremony and reception would be a perfect fit from start to finish, customizing our menu for our guests to stay within our budget, and remaining patient even when we were stressed. Her warm smile and serving heart helped everything come together in a way we had never experienced before. On our wedding day, the staff was the true measurement of the stellar experience. Jennifer was there before anyone else, and she stayed with us to the very end. She gently guided everyone and made sure that she worked seemlessly with our wedding coordinator and our DJ to ensure that our wedding flowed perfectly smooth. Every member of her team went above and beyond and truly reminded us of what exceptional service is supposed to be. They excelled at calming everyone’s nerves and in giving life to our vision. The food was also amazing! We cannot recommend them enough and we hope that they are appreciated and recognized because their parent company is more than blessed to have them on the team.
