It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Our venue represents the most authentic, rustic ceremony and reception barn in central Texas. From the rafters and wood beams, to the shiplap and barn doors throughout (not to mention the silo bar, windmill and classic cistern), you’re bound to have guests talking about your wedding day for years to come. The barn has a capacity to fit 350 guests comfortably with additional seating room outside, under our beautiful pavilion, as well as in our artificial turf section. We are located on 265 acres on Oyster Creek, in the heart of Sugar Land Texas. We have recently remodeled and have become the best kept secret in the Houston area. I have attached our banquet packages, but we also do custom packaging. Being a private club, we do not have to work in the box. Our ballroom holds up to 200 seated with a dance floor. However, for smaller events, our space is still transformable into an intimate setting.
