About this venue

We are located on 265 acres on Oyster Creek, in the heart of Sugar Land Texas. We have recently remodeled and have become the best kept secret in the Houston area. I have attached our banquet packages, but we also do custom packaging. Being a private club, we do not have to work in the box. Our ballroom holds up to 200 seated with a dance floor. However, for smaller events, our space is still transformable into an intimate setting.

Your reservation includes 5 hours from start to finish, plus 2 hours before to set up. Granted we can allow more timing if needed. You also get 1 hour after your event to tear down any extra decorations brought in. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.
In the event Member/Client cancels the Function for any reason, Club will retain the nonrefundable deposit. In addition, the Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee as follows: Less than 90 days prior to the event- 50% of the estimated cost of the function Less than 60 days prior to the event - 75% of the estimated cost of the function Less than 30 days prior to the event- 100% of the estimated cost of the function
