We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute needs when we can.

Absolutely! Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown, so you can focus on enjoying your event. We’ll make sure everything is in place and ready to go.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and rental items. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery. One of our event specalist walk you through the full payment schedule and make sure everything is clear and easy from the start.

You’ve got options! You can call and speak directly with one of our event specialists—we’re happy to walk you through everything. Or, if you prefer, you can submit a wishlist online and we’ll follow up to help customize your rental package. Either way, we’re here to make it easy and stress-free.
