After eight years of creating excellent dining experiences at Vernick Food & Drink, we expanded next door to 2029 Walnut Street in 2019. The adjacent space features a boutique wine shop by day and dining room by night, ideal for smaller sized celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and family gatherings. For our special event menus, executive chef, owner, and James Beard Award-winning Chef Greg Vernick presents his version of new American cooking with the impactful, global flavors he has become known for. Finn McCool's Ale House is conveniently located on the corner of 12th and Sansom, in Midtown Village Philadelphia. Complete with a full kitchen and chef that specializes in Irish cuisine. There are 17 beers on draft, mainly Irish, Belgium, German and local microbrews. Four large flat screens, large beer steins & diverse glass wear dress up the handmade authentic back bar shelves while soccer jerseys fill the brick walls beneath the 20 foot ceilings.

Spice Finch is an innovative Mediterranean bistro and craft cocktail bar inspired by the distinctive herbs, spices, and flavors of the nations bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Heavily influenced by the flavors of Morocco and Greece, our sharable plates menu was created by celebrity chef, and Philadelphia native, Jennifer Carroll. Our knowledge and appreciation for Mediterranean flavors is displayed with a bold and healthful menu featuring mezzes, vegetables, grilled meats, and fish. We are casual sports bar and restaurant with great food and nightlife. If you are looking to have a casual and fun gathering after a wedding we are the perfect place for that, we have DJs Friday/Saturday night, a dancefloor, and pizza til 2am. We can accomodate private section reservations, but the rest of our venue space will be open to the public for our normal weekend entertainment.
