We are an elegant, rustic wedding venue and just opened in May of 2019! Our capacity is up to 350 with the use of our gorgeous patio! The Event on Sunnybrook is a premier Wedding reception hall located in Brimfield & Kent, OH. You can go simple at our venue, but when you go elegant and extravagant there really are no words! You're left absolutely speechless!!! We do not host weddings on Sundays!

“Greystone was perfect! We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! The facility was gorgeous and we loved having our ceremony and reception in the same building to help minimize travel for our guests. More importantly, the people who work there are truly the best. Our first meeting was supposed to be a quick tour but the ladies spent hours with us going over details and questions even before we committed to booking. Their patience and friendly demeanors really helped during the stressful planning process. They were super easy to communicate with and got back to us in record time. Their in-house building ambassador made organization a breeze. The servers the day off blew us away with their kindness and consideration. They even made sure two servers were dedicated to the bride and groom to ensure that we actually ate and kept hydrated. We truly cannot recommend Greystone more!!!”

“Rivercrest farm was hands down the best vendor we booked for our wedding! Not only is the farm absolutely gorgeous (looks straight out of a magazine) but the team at Rivercrest Farm is top notch! Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful the barn was. We Highly recommend hiring Alex as a day of coordinator. “Day of” doesn’t describe the work she does! Alex set up meeting & sent emails to my other vendors allowing me to relax! Her communication skills are amazing & she is dedicated to making your day perfect! The barn was decorated by the time my bridal party got to the venue to get ready. I had made faux floral arrangements and Alex went out of her way to add some real flowers from our florist to make my table arrangements look more realistic! Another example of how “on it” she is- we did private vows on their hilltop at sunset, both my fiancé and I realized we had forgotten our vow books back at the barn. Alex already grabbed them and had them in her car! What a relief it was to know she had them. I cannot recommend Alex and Rivercrest Farm enough! I promise it will be the best wedding decision you make!”
