The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
