About the owners: Kersie and Tim, originally East Coasters, created Twisted Jacks LLC out of the love of pretzels and our dog Jack, the golden retriever. Kersie, founding member and lead baker, first found her love of pretzels after attending school in Philadelphia (a Wawa pretzel to be exact), and the rest was history! Outside of the Philly pretzel, she's traveled far and wide, trying the best pretzels the world can offer - from the NYC street pretzel, to the home of the original, Bavarian-style pretzel, Munich! She then moved to Colorado where she met Tim and Jack, and the twisted jack pretzel was then born!

Lady in the Wild showcases the culinary bounty of Colorado, with plates inspired by my own journey in food and beer. My relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and growers fill my rotating menu with the best ingredients of each season.

After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
