At Villa Festa, we offer exclusive access to a 1-acre property for three to five nights in additional to a 6-hour event rental. Our standard package includes a check-in on Friday, your wedding on Saturday, and a check-out on Monday or Wednesday. Our overnight accommodations are for your group only! Built as Florida's most modern and elegant mansion in 1886 by John B. Stetson, the famed hat maker, the Stetson Mansion is an architectural masterpiece embellished with rich details including 16 different intricate parquet floor patterns and the 10,000 panes of antique window glass. The couples who chose our National Historic Place for their wedding have a keen interest in history and provenance. Their curiosity about Florida’s finest example of luxurious 19th century architecture attracts them to the mansion for one of our historic or Christmas tours. They are overwhelmed by the story and beauty of the home and know this is where they must get married.

Up the Creek Farms is an all-inclusive venue sitting on eight acres of secluded property with a beautiful oak canopy, a creek, and lots of Old Florida charm with so many locations for an outdoor ceremony! A 140-year-old farmhouse has been restored as a bed and breakfast available for the bridal party. A classic wood-framed air-conditioned barn with an outdoor deck is available to host receptions with a rustic blank canvas to style any event. Bathrooms, prep kitchen, decor, and a gorgeous bridal suite are also provided. Our dedicated team will provide the attention to detail and expertise required for such a special event, arranging meetings and tastings for you on sight while overseeing the entire wedding process, which includes: planning, florals, design, and décor. This allows clients to plan their dream event with zero stress.
