Offering breathtaking waterfront views overlooking the Indian River Lagoon, the Mansion at Tuckahoe is one of the most historically significant sites in Florida, initially built by the heiress of the Coca-Cola fortune in 1938. This restored facility is the Treasure Coast’s premier event venue, available for weddings, showers, parties, special events, and more.

    Fairytale wedding

    The Mansion at Tuckahoe was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with multiple beautiful spaces that allowed us to transition seamlessly between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The views of the lake and surrounding nature were breathtaking, and the entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. As a wedding planner myself, I had a lot of fun coordinating all the vendors since the Mansion only rents out the space. They provided us with a great list of preferred vendors to choose from, making the planning process a breeze. Overall, the Mansion at Tuckahoe exceeded our expectations and felt like a fairytale setting for our special day.

    Wedding at The Mansion at Tuckahoe

    This venue was my dream venue, on the water, beautiful landscaping, palm trees, while building and mainly outdoor oriented venue. It was very affordable due to being a city owned building, there are some loopholes you have to work around though for it being a city building. But nothing unreasonable especially for how good of a price it was.

Yes, we offer on-site parking and an optional shuttle for guests from the parking lot to the upper Mansion level.

Yes. You have the freedom to choose your favorite vendors for your event. All vendors working on County property must be licensed and insured, and they must also be an approved vendor registered with Martin County. If you hire your vendors directly from our approved vendor list, you don't need to take any additional action. Please see our list of pre-approved vendors here: https://www.martin.fl.us/parks-vendor-list If one or more of your vendors is not already approved, they must apply no later than 75 days before your event date to meet the 60-day new vendor deadline.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, stating the contract holder's name, date of the event, and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be given based on the number of days from the rental date. All cancellations will be charged a $25 administrative fee. 365 or more days prior to event - 100% 241 to 364 days prior to event - 75% 151 to 240 days prior to event - 50% 91 to 150 days prior to event - 25% 90 or less days before event - 0%
The Mansion is located in Jensen Beach, FL, approximately 45 miles from West Palm Beach International Airport.
Your reservation depends on the day of the week you choose and the duration of time you need to complete your event from start to finish, including the time required for setup and cleanup. You can always add on additional hours 30 days before your event, billed at an hourly rate.
The Mansion at Tuckahoe facility rental includes the venue itself, tables and banquet chairs, the 2nd-floor get-ready areas, guest restrooms, and a catering kitchen equipped with one commercial food warmer, an ice machine, and a refrigerator. Optional add-ons include a basement after-party space, a white golf cart shuttle, high-top tables, an LED bar, and white Chiavari chairs.
All music must end by midnight. If the basement after-party space is added, the music can continue until 1 am downstairs.
Your rental includes general liability as well as liquor liability coverage, which allows you to have alcohol on the premises.
Yes, alcohol can be served by a licensed and insured vendor from the approved vendor list. You can choose a bar company, a serving company, or a catering service that has an additional license to serve alcohol. An off-duty sheriff’s deputy may be required to be hired for any events that serve alcohol.
