Welcome to Once Upon a Time Events LLC, a wedding venue located in Kiowa, CO The venue sets the perfect scene for a country wedding, surrounded by the Colorado hills, mature trees and scenic views that stretch over 40 miles. The barn is conveniently located a half mile off state highway 86, but provides the quiet privacy of the rural countryside. We are committed to creating an event that is uniquely yours, customizing services to your particular needs and preferences. The venue space can accommodate weddings small and large, with affordable and competitive pricing. Situated on 70 acres of scenic hills, pastures and farms. The 3,200-square-foot barn offers a charming, rustic feel that is perfect for your dream country wedding. Draped with tulle and fairy lighting, the barn has a rustic yet elegant feel. The venue has several unique spaces, including outdoor decks complete with cafe lighting, a dedicated ceremony site, patio heaters, gas fire pits and a bridal changing suite.

Tucked on 46 scenic acres of Colorado countryside, The Wrangler Ranch is more than a venue—it’s a blank canvas for your wedding. Whether you’re planning an intimate open-air ceremony or a festival-style celebration, you’ll have the freedom to design a day that’s uniquely yours. The property pairs rustic elegance with modern comfort, featuring a gothic-style ranch house, private bridal suite, the magic school bus, outdoor showers, on-site lodging, and multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. With capacity for up to 300 guests, we welcome everything from cozy elopements to full-scale receptions. Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. As an historic neighborhood church, our facilities are available as an affordable resource to the community. We look forward to welcoming individuals and groups to our beautiful building and grounds. We have complimentary WIFI throughout the building and grounds, and a large private parking lot. All of our ground floor spaces and restrooms have handicap access.
