One of my favorite pictures to capture is the pure emotion between the bride and groom after they have said their vows. And you know what? I started photography years ago as an elective in college and I never knew what it would become. I've always maintained full time jobs (I've been a graphic designer and special education teacher) but my passion for photography kept me pursuing it on the side. Eventually I became so consumed by my efforts that I was able to go full time in my business. I care deeply about my clients. Not only do I want you to have a great time but I want you to love your photos. I work tirelessly on always growing and refining my craft to deliver the best, most timeless photos.

I am an experienced photographer in the Richmond, VA area, most recently named Richmond's Most Loved Photographer of 2020, 2021 & 2022. There is nothing I love more than watching my clients families grow as the years go by or watching two people express their love for one another at a wedding ceremony. Capturing those milestones means the world to me and I feel as though that passion shows through in my creative but natural photography style.

I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Franklinton, North Carolina (the cutest little town outside of Raleigh). I grew up in Georgia and spent the best 4 years of my life at Appalachian State University getting a degree in Commercial Photography. After I graduated, I knew I wanted to pursue photography full-time and the rest is history. I aspire to be more than a vendor on your big day. I love creating special relationships and capturing moments filled with love and excitement from the couple right after the ceremony. Every wedding is special to me and I try to make your day as stress free as possible!

The whole goal with my photography business has always been making timeless art out of the fleeting moments with the people I am so fortunate to meet and share in their experiences. After 17 years I still love the emotions I get to capture and memories I capture for generations.
