I typically don’t wear much makeup, and in the past, I’ve disliked how my makeup turned out when friends or others have done it for me. However, after my very first trial with Merissa, I loved my makeup and how I looked instantly, which was honestly a first for me. I had actually won the hair and makeup trial with Merissa from a bridal expo, and after that free trial, I knew immediately I didn’t even need to look anywhere else and booked Merissa and her team right away.
On the wedding day, Merissa and Mimi exceeded every expectation. They were professional, fun, and incredibly talented, and they made the entire morning smooth, fun, and stress-free. Even when the groom’s mother brought a hairpiece that turned out to be the wrong color, they were able to color-match it with her real hair color on the spot, a perfect example of their professionalism and quick thinking. In the end, everyone in the bridal suite who had their hair and makeup done for the wedding absolutely loved how it turned out, and everything lasted flawlessly all day and night (even after nearly three hours of nonstop dancing!).
