Our team was hired specifically for hairstyling services and tattoo coverage, while makeup services were being handled separately by another beauty team. Because of this, we communicated multiple times before the wedding about the importance of following the customized timeline we created to keep the overall morning organized and protect your final ready time. As documented in our communication, adjustments to the agreed service order were made on the wedding morning through the separate makeup team, which created coordination conflicts we had previously expressed concern about. You acknowledged this directly during the event when confirming the timeline had unintentionally been changed. Regarding hairstyling, your final hairstyle selection was not confirmed until the afternoon before the wedding day, despite multiple follow-ups requesting a finalized direction so the hairstylist could arrive fully prepared. We also communicated preparation requirements ahead of time, including extension readiness and hair preparation instructions, as these directly impact the longevity and polish of styles, especially in Florida humidity. For the tattoo coverage, the product was professionally applied and photographed immediately after completion. Unfortunately, tattoo camouflage products can break down prematurely if the area experiences rubbing, friction, oils, water exposure, or repeated contact throughout the day. Additionally, our artists are experienced independent bridal professionals who work under the coordination, timelines, and service standards established by FM Beauty Team. This structure is standard within the bridal beauty industry and allows us to provide professionally managed, on-location bridal beauty services. We genuinely cared about your experience and spent significant time coordinating details, confirming logistics, adjusting preparation plans, and protecting your schedule leading into the wedding day. While we respect your opinion, we do not feel this review fully reflects the communication, preparation, and coordination efforts that took place throughout the process.
