Michelle and her team were unbelievable! We could not have asked for a better planner and florist! From our very first phone call, Michelle made me feel super comfortable and taken care of! She helped me stay connected with my vendors in the weeks leading up to my wedding and answered every email and text quickly and reassuringly. On our wedding day, Michelle kept everyone on track and in line with our timeline. I didn't have to worry about my bridal party/family/vendors - she was always on top of it. She was incredibly thorough when it came to walking me through her plans for our flowers and we were blown away with how everything looked and came together on our big day. From the centerpieces to the smaller floral accent details on chairs, etc. no detail was forgotten. Cross Hill Heirlooms
Rating: 3.5 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Cropseyville, NY

Hi there! I'm Jenna, owner of Cross Hill Heirlooms. Situated in the heart of Schoharie County, Cross Hill Heirlooms grows choice, seasonal blooms to add that special touch to the designs that are created in our local flower shop. Serving Schoharie County as well as the surrounding areas, offering everyday florals, sympathy pieces as well as wedding and other special event florals. Attention to detail is what we focus on and only book one wedding per day, so we can completely focus on each couple and their special day.

Jenna was amazing to work with from the beginning. She was so descriptive in her quotes, which helped us to achieve a mutual vision. She was collaborative throughout the process and easy to communicate with. At our wedding rehearsal, I realized I forgot to order extra flowers to serve as our offering to Mary at our Catholic wedding. I texted Jenna and she graciously made up an extra bouquet for the church. I am so thankful for her going above and beyond to do that for me last minute. The flowers themselves were GORGEOUS. They were EXACTLY what I had envisioned and brought the entire color scheme together so elegantly. I received sooo many compliments on them. I would highly recommend Cross Hill Heirlooms to anyone!

Twin Dahlias
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Serves Cropseyville, NY

We are Morgan and Taylor, identical twin wedding florists based just outside of Albany NY! We started Twin Dahlias in 2019 when we felt a calling to reconnect with nature, its beauty and the magical moments it creates. So, we dug right in! We love connecting with each of our couples, collaborating on a beautiful vision and bringing it to life on your wedding day. Some of our favorite things: Big bouquets, flower crowns and dogs (please let us make a flower collar for your puppy).

Working with Twin Dahlias was truly a highlight of our wedding planning process. We shared a few inspo photos but trusted the professionals to bring it to life and they did all that and more. During our design meetings they worked with us to really visualize how our centerpieces would look and took the consideration to help make sure the heights of our arbor would work with our height differences! Not only are they great to work with but the flowers themselves were so beautiful and it was clear they took time and care to make the most perfect arrangements.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (101 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Cropseyville, NY

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!

Floral Eden is an East Coast floral décor and production company creating weddings and events that feel beautiful, intentional, and completely personal. We handle everything from personal flowers and centerpieces to ceremony installations, reception décor, styling, setup, repurposing, and breakdown. Our goal is to make the whole space feel connected, not like a bunch of separate floral pieces. We love taking a couple’s ideas, Pinterest boards, random screenshots, and “I don’t really know how to explain it” moments and turning them into something that actually feels like them.

The Floral Eden brought our wedding vision to life in ways we didn't even expect. From our first conversation, the team responded to every question and concern right away, and they truly understood what we wanted for our big day. They created the most stunning centerpieces that sat on each table, and candles were placed throughout the venue to set the perfect mood. When we walked into our reception, the combination of florals and candlelight made everything feel absolutely magical and romantic. The quality of their work was exceptional, and we felt like we got incredible value for what they delivered. We can't recommend The Floral Eden highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

She made sure to keep our concerns in mind throughout the entire process, and the results were beautiful flowers that were right in our price range! Charmaine was consistently professional, kind, and she always responded to my texts and calls within minutes. The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Eliza was the florist for our Jewish/Hindu wedding in late October in the Berkshires, and we cannot say enough wonderful things. She helped our vision truly come to life, but also gave guidance when needed which I appreciated. She created a custom mandap/chuppah and incorporated some personal family heirlooms which made it so special. Eliza is a true professional and also a lovely person to work with.
