“Gotti Sweets was a pleasure to work with for our wedding cake, macarons, and vegan cupcakes. They have great options for dietary restrictions! Lauren was quick to respond to messages, and always had a friendly, helpful tone even when we changed our minds a few times. The final products were as delicious as they were beautiful - our guests couldn't stop raving about the macarons and cupcakes! There was one small mix-up with a wrong flavor box, but Lauren noticed it right away, contacted us, and had it fixed without any stress on our big day. Overall I'd highly recommend Gotti Sweets. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”

A native of Oregon, Megan Bamford found her calling to cuisine when she was just a tot. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.
