The Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a vast and impressive building, featuring an industrial meets historic vibe. The 4,200 square foot Ballroom has capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests cocktail style, 240 reception only, and 160 for ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic. With a fully-equipped catering kitchen and expansive bar, this grand event space is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and galas of all kinds. In addition to the Ballroom, there venue offers several other spaces for couples to utilize, including a private get-ready suite and a rooftop bar. The Graduate Seattle is an opulent wedding venue situated in the heart of Washington's lively University District. Constructed in the 1930s, the beautiful venue offers couples various event spaces and packages to suit their unique needs. Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. As part of our nonprofit mission, we want to develop a partnership with you (as a member of the Abbey) to help create a beautiful and unique event for you and your loved ones. Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity, and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!

The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. The venue accommodates 175 seated guests and 200 standing. The Fremont Foundry by Landmark Event Co is a versatile venue for an urban, industrial wedding. The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. When we found this amazing space on South Lake Union, I knew this was our opportunity to open our first event center,” says Duke Moscrip, co-owner of Dockside at Duke’s and Duke’s Seafood. “This space is an ideal location for something we have wanted for a long time; dedicated meeting, event, and party space.
