The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. One of our biggest concerns when looking for venues was the amount of time we would have to spend with family and friends and to not be rushed. The venue provided that for us and it was beautiful, spacious, and truly everything we could have hoped for. They were a major factor in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. I hosted a wedding for my son and my new daughter-in-law last weekend. I am in awe of the whole evening. The venue was so beautiful. We had the wedding and reception in the same room. After the wedding, all the guests went out to the bar area for the cocktail hour. The room was magically transformed from a wedding ceremony to a reception within a very short time. The owners, Cathy and Brendan, were so easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable the first time we met. They answered all our questions and were very accommodating. Cathy, Brendan and Kelli, our coordinator, guided us through the whole process, from beginning to end. And the food! We elected to use The Lasagna House, which was fabulous! Their signature lasagna and the chicken fettuccine penne pasta was delicious. Every guest I spoke with enjoyed both the gorgeous venue and the dinner. I could go on and on about this fabulous place, but instead, just go see it for yourselves. They have open houses frequently. You can see the wedding venue and taste the different caterers’ food and cakes. I could not have asked for a better experience at The Heights Villa!

We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.
