If you have ever dreamed of a wedding or special event amongst flowers and gardens, the White House is your perfect venue! Built in 1861, the White House offer rustic charm, 100 year old heritage gardens, and during August, a breathtaking field of 1.2 million sunflowers! The house even has its own "She-Shed" decorated with velvet furniture and a crystal chandelier.

The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland. The house annually attracts thousands of visitors and wedding guests when our field of 1.2 million sunflowers blooms in August. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse which seats up to 50, as well as the manicured grounds which seats up to 300 in one of our tents.

32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. Original woodwork, plaster-relief ceilings, and marble-blocked corridors provide a truly unique venue for your special day. The Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the festive plaster relief ceiling. Front is the stage where you can dine with a view of the festivities. The Ballroom's floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away! While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles".
