Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

The Place has wonderful memories waiting for you. We open our home to the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in our master suite. We also have a room for the groomsmen to get ready in once they arrive, with a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, couch, and arcade basketball. Have your ceremony next to the water, in front of the barn, down by the stream, or inside with beautiful sliding barn doors as your back drop and large pine beams overhead. Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a botanical garden and arboretum located in beautiful Edinboro, Pennsylvania. Welcome. The Grounds of North Star is located on the path of our Lady of Guadalupe. At the center of the 50-acre farm stands the world’s largest statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Mary’s likeness stands 50 feet tall and is covered by over 450,000 mosaic tiles. In front of the statue lies the LAKE OF HOPE, surrounded by the world’s largest illuminated fifteen-decade rosary. At night, the view is awe-inspiring as the beads light up the night sky.
