“We rented the Piedmont Garden Tent for our wedding in the summer of 2021. To this day, our friends and family compliment the venue, the food, and everything from our day. We had rain in the morning and our PGT planner, Ashley, helped us come up with options to ensure we still had a lovely ceremony, although it didn’t happen outdoors as well had planned. Day of, they shifted all the florals from the ceremony during cocktail hour and made the place look even more stunning for the reception. The food options and bar were some of the best we’ve had at a wedding, ever! They ensured we had food for my husband and I in the suite and plates prepared while we greeted our guests. The team at the garden tent was truly phenomenal and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for letting us host our fairytale wedding!”

“We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at The Farm at Wolf Creek. The waterfront chapel on the lake was so serene and truly everything I had pictured for my day. The farmhouse venue itself was filled with so much light, love, and joy—it created the most beautiful atmosphere for our celebration. We chose the all-inclusive package, which made the entire planning process so much easier. We also rented the two lovely on-site homes, and that was incredibly convenient for our family and guests throughout the weekend. We rented the venue’s mix-and-match china and table décor, and everything turned out absolutely amazing. Every detail came together so beautifully. The on-site day-of coordinator did a wonderful job directing everything and answering any questions, which helped the day run so smoothly. The venue’s caterer was also top-notch, and our guests are still talking about how great everything was. We truly had such a special experience at The Farm at Wolf Creek. And if you’re lucky enough to visit when the flowers are in full bloom, I would absolutely recommend taking advantage of the wine tasting and bouquet-making experience the venue offers. It made the weekend feel even more magical.”

You can involve up to 350 remote guests in ways that go well beyond simple video streaming; they've created systems that make your distant loved ones feel truly part of your celebration with personalized touchpoints throughout the event. How Far in Advance Should You Book a Georgia Wedding Venue?

Most Georgia couples start their venue search about 13 months before their wedding date with November being the busiest month for inquiries. If you've got your heart set on a popular venue, especially for weekend dates during fall or spring, you'll want to move quickly. Georgia's peak wedding seasons run April through June and September through November when the weather is most cooperative. Popular venues during these prime times often book up 12-18 months in advance so starting early gives you the best chance at securing your dream location without having to compromise on your preferred date.

What Makes Georgia Venues Unique?

Georgia venues beautifully incorporate regional culture through distinctive experiences you won't find elsewhere. Many properties lovingly preserve their architectural details while offering all the modern amenities you'd expect. You'll discover farm-to-table menus featuring Georgia peaches and Vidalia onions alongside transformed industrial spaces with locally-crafted furnishings that tell a story. What makes Georgia venues truly special is how they blend that famous Southern tradition with contemporary style, creating settings that feel both timeless and fresh. Your guests will experience authentic Southern hospitality while enjoying spaces designed to create the perfect backdrop for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
