Beautiful property
The owners responded quickly to our questions. The property is stunning and fit perfectly within our budget. They also gave us several excellent vendor recommendations that was very helful. We'd recommend Historic Brookfield Estate to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue.

Mother of the Bride
We chose Historic Brookfield Estate for our wedding and it was the right call. From our first conversation, the team communicated clearly and was easy to work with whenever we needed something adjusted. The grounds were immaculate and felt like the perfect backdrop for our celebration. They stayed flexible and helped us customize details to match our vision, which meant a lot to us. The venue itself is stunning with beautiful spaces for both the ceremony and reception. We'd recommend Historic Brookfield Estate to any couple looking for a special place to get married.

Beautiful Space to have a wedding or an event.
Brookfield Estate is a gem of a venue. The staff is fantastic and communicative, the grounds are immaculately kept, and it's an overall wonderful spot for a wedding or an event. There are so many amazing spots to take photos. Parking is abundant. Not to mention, you can stay on the grounds in one of their private cabins. That makes getting ready for your wedding so easy. It is quiet and peaceful there. Overall, a perfect spot for your next event.

From the very first second I reached out to start planning our event the vibe was exactly what we wanted! The attention to detail, the support of the staff and the incredible love they have for their venue and property helped make every second of our event become the most perfect evening! Amazing Experience at Brookfield!
I can't say enough about Historic Brookfield Estate. The grounds are absolutely spectacular and perfect for a one-of-a-kind wedding experience. Everything ran so smoothly, and the owner of the property was communicative and accommodating. There is plenty of parking for guests and the cabins were perfect for getting ready for the big day. I highly recommend having your wedding here - it's a fabulous place!

Yes. Brookfield Estate does not sell, handle, or serve alcoholic beverages. Alcohol may be supplied by the renter & served on the grounds by a designated bar tender. A security guard must be present for the duration of the reception. Brookfield Estate reserves the right to close the bar(s) and/or serving of alcohol if it appears necessary to protect the facility and the safety of the individuals. Your bartender(s) must adhere to the law when serving alcoholic beverages. The bar(s) must close 1⁄2 an hour before your event ends. All kegs must remain outside. An alcohol authorization and indemnification agreement must be signed in advance.

Yes. We have a parking field with a private entrance for self parking with signage.

A cancellation of the event prior to 3 months or more before the date will result in a full refund of your deposit. A cancellation of the event within 3 months or less of the date will result in a loss of the full amount of the deposit. A cancellation 1 month or less of the date will result in a loss of the deposit and rental fee. To cancel an event, we require a written confirmation from the renter.

All of our spaces are either outdoor or covered & only the venue is included. Because we don’t provide tables & chairs or any rental equipment, we have very competitive pricing & you can use whichever vendors you choose! The vendor list on our website has some great recommendations for tent, table and chair rental, music, caterers, flowers, etc, if you like. We have two lovely cottages for the wedding parties to get ready that can also be booked for over night stays as well as several wonderful hotels near by.
