Morgan, Konnie, Glenda and their team were attentive, communicative, transparent and kind from the moment we toured the venue through the end of our big day. Things we loved about them: *Excellent communication: for a year (June - June) Morgan and her team answered all of our questions promptly, we felt very in-the-loop and reassured at all times that our event and our people were being taken care of. * Day-of coordination is worth the price a million times over - Konnie is a BOSS and really knows what she’s doing. She kept everyone organized, brought up details we wouldn’t have even thought of, contributed creative ideas, showed us and our families such kindness and support leading up to our event and all throughout it - made everything flow smoothly and helped everyone feel confident. *Pricing was transparent: every cost was up front, no hidden fees, Morgan was very communicative about every aspect of the sales process and answered all of our questions clearly. We found the all-in price to be very fair and reasonable compared to similar venues we got quotes from. *The food was delicious, the event space itself was beautiful and well set-up for weddings (we had 170 people), the staff were all very professional and efficient.

“University Club was the perfect venue for our smaller winter wedding. The only issues we ran into was with the venue's event planner not following through on layout and set up items that were communicated and confirmed, then ultimately not executed. Our coordinator met with the venue event specialists and got all the request about layout confirmed and in email, then day-of got told that they would arrange things they way they have "always done". Otherwise the in-house catering provided an excellent meal and bar service.”

“The Grange was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to communicate with - the staff was responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our unique requests. We were looking for a place that would allow us to bring in our own food, as we wanted to have a special cereal bar and waffle bar where guests could create their own custom treats. The Grange gave us that flexibility, and we were able to have the most amazing wedding reception with personal touches throughout the event. The staff was amazing to work with and provided us with little things we didn't even think about, making our day run seamlessly. We even accidentally stole their sign but were able to make arrangements to get it back to them before their next event - even then, they were super kind and responsive. The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or experience.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this venue. My husband and I got married here this past weekend and everything was spectacular from start to finish. The oaks was the last venue we toured when planning a wedding, but we knew as soon as we walked in it would be the one! The staff are so accommodating and kind. They answered all our questions along the way. They have various meal and bar options and all the food is fantastic! Not to mention the grounds are breath taking! The bridal and groom suites are as large as air bnbs and so stunning! The grooms suite even has a golf simulator haha. I loved having an outside patio to retreat to during the chaos. We got the venue day buy out which allowed us to come in at 10am and guys at 12 get hair and make up done early, eat, drink, and lounge for hours while getting ready. The cocktail hour and ballroom overlook beautiful Colorado mountain scenery, golf course, and the town of castle rock. The reception/bar area is so fun and sleek. All our guests raved about how amazing the service and food was. Justin was our 30 day coordinator and so easy to work with. He helped us with all our decor drop off and load up at end of night. He answered all of our many questions with ease. I can’t recommend him enough. Please if you are even considering it , book this place for your wedding! You will not be sorry! also a perk is if you stay at the Inverness Hilton on a block they offer shuttle service to and from for free!”
