While my daughter and fiancé were the only ones at the tasting, they came back thrilled. Wedding day, the team showed up right on time, set up outdoor chairs and began doing place settings. The Elm Roastery coffee cart would be a lovely addition to any gathering, but for us personally, it was also a great way to offer something fun and new drink-wise after a late lunch as we did not have alcohol at our celebration. Since our wedding was taking place on a private residence, we had very specific criteria for a caterer and basically needed them to be self sufficient for gas, electricity, kitchen space, etc. Huria's took care of that without a problem! From the beginning, Adriana had clear and responsive communication. She answered my questions very quickly with care and knowledge. Their menu is absolutely delicious and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the carefully crafted appetizers and mains. My now husband and I originally had our reservations about wood fired pizza, fearing that the pizzas would be cold by the time guests came up to get it, but Huria's has their system down to a science. Every single guest was quickly served a hot meal and there was plenty of leftover food for second and third helpings. We also received so many compliments on the incredibly cute set up that Huria's brings to each event they cater. Their woodfired pizza oven, pop up bistro, and tables add rustic charm to any venue. Guests were blown away by the set up and it photographs beautifully! The team at Huria's is professional, warm, transparent about pricing, and provides incredible food with great service. “Jamie and her team did an amazing job at our wedding on 8-10-25. Not only were they so attentive the day of the wedding, they were so incredibly helpful and patient leading up to our wedding day with all of our guests allergies but most importantly, us. Jamie and Natalie made sure that we knew to approach them with any questions that we might have with anything, they responded quickly and even made the effort to call us whenever we asked to talk on the phone for further clarification on some questions we had.
