Rain or shine, we can accommodate an indoor or outdoor ceremony and a seated reception indoors for up to 225 guests all year round. We have a lovely brick patio, outdoor lounge seating, a s'mores cauldron and a four sided fire pit for those perfect Minnesota evenings. Inside the barn, we have two levels: one for your cocktail/social hour and our upper/main level where the party happens! Green Acres is rustic elegance with stunning chandeliers, soaring Gothic Arch roof of aged timbers, and charming decor. Everything is wheelchair accessible because no one should miss out on the fun!

1924 tutor style granite and slate roof house next to the Mississippi River. Its hosts a tiny home free of charge with an event booking for use of the bride and groom to stay at after the ceremony. It hosts up to 75 guests. Parking is next door at St. Cloud State. The porch can be used in bad weather. This is considered a micro wedding. 2-3 hours max. In and out. No reception. Just the ceremony. If the groom bride want to book the 4 rooms over night they need to book it through Airbnb or pay out of pocket. Again, this is not a wedding reception, only a wedding ceremony and accommodations for up to 10 can stay. Room D holds 2 guests. Room C is the family suite 4 guests. Room B holds 2 and the cabin holds 2.
