Villa available for overnight stays - wedding weekend package is Friday - Sunday(10am check in/10am check out) and this includes 2 overnight stays, access to ballroom on Friday for early decorating and rehearsal dinner. Have the option of booking additional nights. Our ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests inside, patio areas can be used for extra guest seating, cocktail hour, dance floor or other. The sliding doors both open up and blend ballroom to front patio area, set up of tables/chairs (20 of the 66” round tables that seat 10, 4 of the 8’ rectangle tables, 2 of the 6 ft rectangle tables, 8 cocktail tables), use of custom portable bar, A/V system, caterer’s kitchen. As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.
