About this venue

The Hamptons of Weatherdord features a 6,000 sq ft villa with 9 bedrooms, can sleep up to 18. A private entrance to grooms lounge so the couple is able to keep from seeing each other before the first look. Villa available for overnight stays - wedding weekend package is Friday - Sunday(10am check in/10am check out) and this includes 2 overnight stays, access to ballroom on Friday for early decorating and rehearsal dinner. Have the option of booking additional nights. Our ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests inside, patio areas can be used for extra guest seating, cocktail hour, dance floor or other. The sliding doors both open up and blend ballroom to front patio area, set up of tables/chairs (20 of the 66” round tables that seat 10, 4 of the 8’ rectangle tables, 2 of the 6 ft rectangle tables, 8 cocktail tables), use of custom portable bar, A/V system, caterer’s kitchen. We have an open vendor policy.

    One of our favorite venues!

    I’ve had the opportunity to host an open house event at this venue and it was incredible! The ballroom is a large space that has all of the tables and chairs for guest to use and has large windows that open to connect the reception ballroom to the garden patio. This venue also has a villa on-site. It offers a place for guests to stay during their wedding weekend so they don’t have to book accommodation off site. It’s so convenient and so beautiful!

    They Are Outstanding!

    Kevin, Zach and Rachel were Phenomenal. They communicated with excellence and made sure we had everything we needed for our Big Day. They were easy to work with and very professional. We can't thank them enough! We highly recommend them. #ItsOurStearn

    Beautiful Venue and Awesome Staff

    I had the privilege to film at The Hamptons of Weatherford and witness first hand the care and detail they put into everything they do. The staff are very fun and easy to work with and the venue itself it top notch. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for all of your wedding venue needs, I highly recommend them!

The ceremony site will accommodate up to 250 guests. The ballroom will comfortably sit up to 200 guests indoors and an additional 50 guests on the attached courtyard.
Yes, the couple has access to our villa as early as 10am on wedding day. The villa features a grooms suite, brides suite, and bridesmaids room. Additionally, restrooms with changing areas are located inside the reception ballroom.
No, we do not book any tours or other events on your special day. This day is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.
No, with the exception of security. If alcohol is served at your event we require security to be on-site. We will coordinate as your big day approaches.
You are required to clean up and dispose of trash, decorations, and any other personal items brought on-site. We have a large dumpster on-site for easy clean up.
The Hamptons staff will prepare the chairs and tables for your event based on your input and the room layout requirements.
Yes, alcohol can be BYOB. We require a TABC licensed bartender to serve the alcohol. We have a server available by request.
Your reservation includes fourteen hours from start to finish. The venue will open to you at 10am and the gates close at 12am.
