“Sophie did a fantastic job at our wedding. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. We had a wedding this past February and we wanted a light blue, pink, and purple pastel color scheme. It was kind of a winter meets spring pastels / rustic barn meets indoor spring garden kind of theme. She was able to work with our ideas and design something wonderful. The boutonnières she made for the groom, dads, siblings, and groomsmen looked great. The corsets for the mothers were lovely. But most of all, the bouquets and reception were gorgeous. The bud vases on the tables with candles were amazing. We also had flowers along the fireplace which looked great, and she was able to reuse a lot of the elements from the ceremony for our sweetheart table too. A month before the wedding, we spent over an hour going through all the details together. She listened to what we wanted and sketched for us some of her ideas. She also provided appropriate input and feedback so that we could better create the vision we wanted for the reception. Although we couldn’t fully envision it, we trusted her with it. If you’re reading this and considering her, I would 100% go with her. She is kind, patient and loves to design unforgettable weddings for her clients. She is also very reasonably priced for a florist in the NJ-NY area! We loved our flowers and bouquets so much, we decided to preserve them!”

She did a very good job directing the many vendors, guests with roles in the wedding/photos, and managing conflict/relationships amongst vendors. She is very protective of her couples which was greatly appreciated, particularly for two conflict-averse people. Aside from the direct coordination piece, the upfront organizational tools she gave were helpful even before our 30-day kickoff, and she provided many resources to help us make the day a success (like a small table to hold ceremony items, easels for signs, etc.). There’s also small things that were super appreciated like grabbing video of key moments unsolicited since we only had a photographer. Rachael did a great job and we are very happy to have worked with her!”

With every beautiful thing, there is something unusual. Events are a reflection of ourselves, the things that bring us joy and the pieces of our past and traditions we hold dearly. Anastasia, a former set designer for feature films and television, began her career in events working as the assistant for Raul Avila, the event designer for the Met Gala. Through what effectively would become a masterclass for the filmmaker, she designed and produced events for Ian Schrager (Studio 54, Edition Hotels), Oscar de la Renta, and more. Anastasia seeks to create designs that are different, chic and deeply reflective of the client's wildest dreams.

“The first time we met Anastasia to discuss our wedding vision, we were hooked. She asked the questions, we answered them, and immediately she provided some suggestions. Our aesthetic was funky but not too funky. Our color scheme was shades of blue and purple. Anastasia offered several styles for the bouquet, ceremony arch, corsages, sweetheart table, centerpieces, etc. In other words, we had options.
