    Not worth the price

    I traveled to New Jersey for my sisters wedding. The venue, the food, the DJ, photographers etc. everything turned out perfectly-except for the flowers. The petals came off my sister's mother in laws wrist as she tried putting it on. There were no flowers as promised on the archway either. We enjoyed the wedding because every other vendor did their part. The worst part-instead of taking responsibility-the florist gave excuses and did not even offer to make things right.

    Hello Ashley, I’m sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately perpectives of occurred appears to be shifted. The ceremony arch was provided by the venue at the couple’s request, despite my offer to rent from me a more stable structure. I had also confirmed in advance with the couple that florals could be attached and was told this was approved. However, on-site, the arch was not stable enough to safely support arrangements and began to tilt during installation. The venue confirmed it could not hold the weight, so for safety reasons I could not proceed. I communicated this at the time and repurposed the florals to the top of the sweetheart table so they could still be enjoyed. The corsage was created with preserved (dried) florals, which differ from fresh flowers, and it is normal that when attaching on the wrist small pieces of light florals might shed. However from the photos above it appears that the corsage looked very intact. But I’m sorry to hear it did not wear comfortably.     INCREDIBLE FLORIST!! Absolutely recommend!!!!

    From our first conversation with Lilly Bouqs, we knew we'd made the right choice. The owner was quick to respond to our messages and gave us clear, straightforward answers about everything we needed. She worked closely with us to understand our vision and stayed within our budget without compromising on quality. The flowers on our wedding day were incredibly fresh and beautiful, and she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. What really stood out was how kind and hardworking she was throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better florist, and we'd highly recommend Amanda to any couple planning their wedding!! Thank you for being so wonderful! Hopefully I never get married again but if I had to I’d use this vendor all over again!!!

    Failure to decorate a wedding ceremony

    This company failed to decorate my son and daughter in love’s wedding arch or final an alternative. As a result, their wedding ceremony included no flowers. The flowers in my corsage were dry and fell off while putting on my wrist. Also, the corsage fell off my wrist the entire night.

    Amazing Experience with Lilly
