“I booked Justine for our wedding in September to do hair and makeup on myself and both of our moms. Everyone’s hair & makeup came out beautifully & stayed soo well throughout the day and night. I had a partial updo with curls that were intact the whole time!! We loved the enhanced natural looks Justine gave us as none of us wear makeup that often. Justine’s calming presence was so nice and eased all of our jitters. Everyone kept saying how relaxing and peaceful the whole experience was getting ready. She was very accommodating for my mom as she is in a wheelchair and sewed my mom’s dress. Since starting to speak with her to book she was punctual, professional & kind. “Anica is fantastic. Her work is beautiful and she helped me and my bridal party to feel confident and pampered on the day of the wedding. I chose to do a trial before the wedding on Anica's recommendation, and I am so glad that I did! I did not realize my skin would have sensitivity issues to some of the products so it was great to find that out BEFORE it was my wedding day. Anica work around these sensitivities and created a look I am still so in love with. The pictures I attached are intentionally spaced throughout the day to show that the makeup application held up throughout photos, ceremony, and the after party. Not only is Anica talented, but she was able to provide council on what type of makeup to choose based on my/other recipient's desires and complexion needs. She was even willing to apply false lashes to one of my bridesmaids, last minute, who did not choose to book a makeup application! I cannot recommend Be Pretty enough!”

“I got married on 10/18/2025 and hired Beauty Boston for hair and makeup. I found Beauty Boston on The Knot and was drawn in by the volume of positive reviews for the company. I utilized the online inquiry form to reach out, and Marissa responded right away with pricing information and availability. I appreciated that I was able to do a trial before committing to booking anything and loved that the company offered both makeup and hair options. I was assigned Andi as a make up artist and Jordan as a hair stylist. I had my trial with Andi, and she did a fantastic job. She listened to what I truly wanted and was very adaptable when I requested small tweaks. She kept track of all the products she used and all of my requests really well because she replicated the look perfectly 9 months later on my wedding day. While I had a lifelong friend do my own hair for my wedding, Jordan did hair for my 4 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. All of their styles came out beautiful and lasted the whole night (my sister even wore her look to brunch the next day and it still looked amazing)! During the planning process, Marissa was extremely helpful in coordinating timelines and pricing. I loved that the artists were able to come on site to the hotel where we got ready and they even brought their own chairs for us to use. On the wedding day, both Andi and Jordan were extremely punctual and kind. They really both did a fantastic job and kept us on schedule. We even had time at the end for two bridesmaids who had not requested make up to get lashes put on for a small fee at the last second. “Geri was incredible for doing both hair and makeup for myself and my wife. From the time we set up and went to the trial with her we knew she was the right choice. We needed to change the amount of people getting done several times and she always changed it seamlessly. For our wedding we had a large bridal party and needed a lot of people done for hair and makeup (9 bridesmaids). Geri and her team were incredible of ensuring everyone got the styles that they wanted. I even changed the style I wanted for my makeup drastically from the trail I did and Geri made my vision come true. Her team was fantastic with all of our wedding party and even our year old flower girl who required some extra patience. I cannot say enough nice things about how Geri and her team made me and my wife feel on our wedding day. If you’re considering booking her you will not regret it!”
