Since 1969, the Urbanski family has been an integral part of countless wedding celebrations in their uniquely well-rounded event spaces that suit couples looking for elegantly designed receptions, industrially decorated parties or sleek and modern cocktail hours. There are four venue options at Marygold Manor, including an on-site garden with pergola for your ceremony and intricately decorated banquet rooms designed to accommodate anywhere between 100 to 500 guests for a seated dinner. Couples can choose between lush outdoor and cozy indoor spaces that best fit the theme of their wedding. This venue also offers a bridal suite.

Our venue, The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, completed in 2017, is an impressive example of local craftsmanship with Alpine influences. Owners Gary and Betty Burley knew they wanted to create an event space for the community that incorporated the natural beauty of the lumber from their land and the bright openness you can only get in the country-side. Featuring Amish post-and-beam construction in red oak, hemlock, and white pine and huge colonial windows, our venue offers a lovely balance of woodsy charm and modern sophistication.

His family’s restaurants and their farms sparked a passion for carefully choosing sources of food. Josh’s dedication to sourcing and using the best fresh and local products is evident in his cooking. Josh went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami. He took the skills he learned from working in his family and other local restaurants and continued to develop them at J&W. After culinary school, Josh came back to Western New York and opened a catering business.
