We specialize in weddings! Listening to you, and striving to make your dreams come true for your special day is our goal from our first meeting, to event end. We help you remember each moment, included with every package are playlists we create together that you can keep and listen to and we offer recording options for special moments of your day. Congratulations! Let’s celebrate! 🎉 Our event services include wash and effect lighting, DJ for cocktail hour through the end of the night, MC and announcements, playlist collaboration, and three planning meetings (as needed). Have more questions? Send us a message! Estimated Coverage 8 hr including setup and teardown, may vary slightly event to event. Overtime rate $150/hour. One setup and takedown included in the price. Battery powered backup in case of outage included as well.

    Ian did a phenomenal job working with Lydia and I this year on our wedding soundtrack. We had multiple meetings in the months leading up to the event where we discussed the details of our event. Ian was super organized, and he truly cared about our music preferences. He even went the extra mile to coordinate his work with our other vendors, which was extremely helpful in making the wedding run as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Ian as a DJ to anyone, as he is a versatile and superbly professional artist.

Their communication style was incredibly accommodating - they were always available for FaceTime calls and quick to respond to our texts, making us feel supported throughout the entire process. Every package includes three planning meetings. The first helps us align on how you want the night to go, the second checks in on details and changes, and the third goes over final details. Each lasts about an hour. We really believe this is your night, you can plan it however you want! Along the way we are there for suggestions and insight, but we listen and help create playlists and timelines that match your vision. We also connect a few weeks ahead of time with your vendors to keep us all on the same page. This way, you can have less stress on your big day knowing your wedding pros are prepared and aligned to serve you!
Reception and Ceremony: Our day starts 3 hours before, setting up the reception then ceremony. Next sound check, and timeline check with vendors. Begin the ceremony! Then we shift focus to dinner. We create playlists with you so that you can hear what you want. Next, the formalities. We suggest toasts after the blessing, cake after dinner to allow time for sunset photos, and the first dance(s) grouped together to begin the dance. Let's dance! If you have other games we tend to do them within the 1st hour of the dance. We take requests, if you want, and everything ends with you last dance and load out and sending audio to you.
We offer add ons that are not common in our market such as karaoke, and Hi-Fi Audio Recording of special moments throughout the day. We also archive your playlists so you can remember and look back on your day of music. Offering these services helps us provide a wholistic customizable day to our couples to let them experience and enjoy all of their planning from ceremony to nights end.
We take a technical approach to music, studying our gear and inside and out. We are classically trained musicians and know the value of practice and preparation. Our strengths are in reading the crowd and mixing genres to make sure we play what you want to hear. We are always learning and getting better. Our favorite genres are indie, jazz, and country, to see song suggestions visit our Spotify! Above all, our style is to be professional and polite at all times. You come first!
I am blessed that music came naturally to me and brings me joy. Many members in my family have played and through school I always loved the outlet music allowed. My training is as a string and electric bassist, and since I was a teenager I have performed on and off in orchestras and a jazz band. The first time I used a DJ Controller I was about 17, then I continued in college. I look at them as an instrument, respecting the history, learning, and keeping up with trends. I love putting smiles on guests faces. I hope you see my passion and technical approach to music and gear and I thank you for your time.
Setup: Semi-Formal/Business Casual Event: Full-Formal/Business Professional. If your wedding has a specific theme or attire, we will match according to your plans.
Yes of course! We download requests from your questionnaire before the event, and can take many more during your day by just asking. We always honor and follow your Do Not Play list, no matter how persistent the requestor is and if you do not want us to take requests we follow your wish as well.
Yes of course! We work with you to create playlists for each part of the day. We believe they should be full of music you like even if we are not familiar, and we practice to get familiar with what you want to hear. To see past playlists check out our Spotify!
Yes of course! We have a battery powered ceremony system so we can be mobile and help marry you wherever you want to be married. This includes two speakers, music, and a handheld wireless microphone.
Unfortunately we do not provide live musicians. However, if you have hired some we can work together with them to make sure they are on the same page in terms of timing for your special day. We cannot provide a PA or music equipment for them.
Yes of course! Want us to start during dinner instead of cocktail hour? No problem! Need us to fill in during breaks for your band? You got it! Not interested in formalities just want us for the dance? Can do! Whatever your vision, let us know so we can make a plan and price accordingly.

Yes we do! We currently offer $75 off any package to those who work in Healthcare, Agriculture, Teaching, the Military, or Social Services.
Zero! We do not charge sales taxes.
We do not charge a travel fee in the Buffalo area. For all other areas we charge $0.66/mile round trip up to $500. The first 30 miles are always free.
A non-refundable retainer is required at signing to secure services. After that, we try to be understanding when it comes to rescheduling or cancelations. All of our policies will be outlined in your contract and we are happy to go over them with you at any time.

Creating the perfect mood, or aesthetic for your day is important, and it is to us too. We try to match your vision by being professional at all times including the way we act, dress, and safely and optimally place our gear. This includes things like no residue tape, hiding wires, removing bags, and measuring the room for the best speaker placement. We take pride in making your dream come true. If there is anything we can do to better fit into your vision and aesthetic please let us know. For reference our default gear and attire colors are black.
No. We do carry business cards, but do not have company logos as part of our attire or setup.
Yes of course! Every package cones with three planning meetings which can be done over the phone, video platform, or in person (pending availability).
Our Emcee style is laid back. We take a music first approach, focusing on setting the vibe you want to curate. It goes without saying that we ensure your special day is running per your timeline, and we take the time to make important announcements. However, we do not typically over stay our welcome or do things like leading dances.
