Avoid at all Costs

Avoid at all costs. My husband and I hired Bound and Branch for our wedding and they were the only vendor we’ve had problems with. They’re very difficult to get ahold of. Our contract included a photo book which we never received, a USB which we never received, a wedding video with “ceremony, trailer, and love story” which we received over 6 months after our wedding and was only a 5 minute trailer - we ended up paying them MORE money for video of the ceremony which we did not receive for another 6 months - and an anniversary shoot which never happened because they would not respond to us. This is essentially theft - these items were included in our contract. We brought up multiple concerns to them and were met with an offhand apology. Avoid at all costs. The photos are nice, I love their style, they were even really lovely in person, but they’re essentially scamming people.

Farm wedding
