I began my journey training at ICE in New York City and worked at celebrated bakeries, including The Chocolate Room, Balthazar, and Billy’s Bakery.

We are a husband and wife team of pastry chefs who made our own chocolate favors for our wedding and got such good feedback. We offer handcrafted chocolates for favors, gifts and dessert displays. We have a background in fine dining restaurants and high end bakeries. We love the craft of making chocolates and bringing them to couples for their events.
