We got married on 5/20/23. We chose to have a wedding coordinator and I am so glad that we went with Jessica and Better Together Events! From placing out our decor, directing vendors, making sure bridal party was where they needed to be, and even having her assistant drive us to a close location for photos! She also planned a day after brunch at the Omni for us. You can tell she truly loves what she does and enjoys helping couples plan the best day of their lives. I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.

The Get Together Events Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. We spent a little over a year planning for our big day in May, and were so excited to start meeting and planning with TGT a month out in April. From our very first call with Justine and Jenna, we knew that we were in good hands. They have such fun and helpful personalities that we immediately felt at ease planning those last few bits of our wedding with them. Throughout the planning process, they proved to be incredibly dependable, organized, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was accounted for. Justine was our coordinator contact leading up to the wedding, and she was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, getting us organized, and putting together a fantastic timeline that pieced everything that we'd been dreaming of together! She was also available whenever we had concerns or just needed to chat things out! From start to finish, Justine made us feel prepared and ready to tackle the day. On the day-of, Jenna was our coordinator on-site. She was equally amazinggg in helping us feel prepared, taken care of, and free to relax and enjoy our wedding day while so much was going on around us. She also did an incredible job setting everything up before we got to the wedding venue - we were especially excited to see how everything would come together, through the small details and touches that we had dreamed up and were still just concepts in our mind - she absolutely crushed it! Jenna felt like a real trusted friend that we could go up to at any time during the wedding, and we are so so happy that she was there. TGT's knowledge and expertise was so invaluable, overall, and the final result was an incredible wedding day that exceeded all of our expectations! Everything came together so beautifully and seamlessly. We cannot recommend The Get Together Events Co. highly enough.

And yet somehow it was always cohesive, nothing was ever missed! Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
