“Arlethea was super sweet and accommodating. My schedule was hectic and it was difficult for me to lock in a tasting date and time. She boxed the food up and dropped it off right to our home! Above and beyond expectations. The food was delicious. All the wedding guests loved the food, but specifically the appetizers. We chose the mini tacos, cheeseburger egg rolls, and spinach cheese puffs. My favorite item was the salmon entree. There was one slight miscommunication about us wanting a cupcake tower. She did not bring one, but once again Arlethea went above and beyond and got us cupcakes the day of the wedding! I highly recommend their services for any and all catering events! Thank you for making our special day seamless and stress free.”
