“Kacey and the team at Saphire were amazing to work with. We loved knowing upfront the all-inclusive cost of the venue without nickel and dime up-charges. The Lakehouse design and backdrop spoke for themselves and we heard from a majority of the guests that it was the most beautiful space and the best food they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. “If the Tiffany Ballroom is available for your big day, do yourself a favor and book it! Mindy, Jayme and their team were phenomenal to work with, from our first visit to the venue through the end of our big day. The packages make stressful wedding prep more bearable and their preferred vendors are all top notch. The food is incredible (not an easy thing to find at weddings); the hors d’oeuvres and meal options allow something for everyone. If in doubt, we still hear from people about how great the short rib was! The convenience factor cannot be overstated. Having our wedding at a beautiful, affordable venue helped us out massively with logistics and gave our guests a smooth, easy weekend experience. The front desk team was accommodating to needs and made our guests feel so welcomed, from our welcome dinner to our big day. If you’re doing your research, we’re sure you’ve read about Mindy & Jayme. We’re happy to confirm that they are as great as everyone says…better, in fact! They built trust and made our dreams come true. We couldn’t be more thankful for them. Even though we chose winter, Olivia and as excellent in unlocking the dock area for photos and José even grabbed us spare flip flops when needed (without being asked) They handled any issues that came up and communicated with us the whole time. They also were willing to go above and beyond when we needed anything (such as a mishap with our florist) Jen and her team are truly the best!
