I wanted to embrace my natural curls for my wedding so it was important to me to find someone I could trust to handle curly hair. Nicole made me feel at ease (she has naturally curly hair) and at my trial I knew I made the right decision. She even emailed me ideas to help get closer to my hair vision in the time between my trial and wedding. She also specializes in natural glam which is exactly what I wanted- to look like myself, but enhanced. She brought Cassi for makeup and Nichole for hair for my mom, sisters, and niece, and they both killed it. It was misty/rainy all day and both my hair and makeup held up great. I got to reunite with Nicole at my sister’s wedding four months later :)”

“I am a Filipino and so is my bridal party. I really needed someone who understood an Asian face. I also needed someone who could listen to me, my needs and those of my party to help us all look and feel our best. Rie delivered and more! From planning the day and on our trial, Rie was very kind, open to suggestions and creative when it came to my vision. She was patient to try out the different hair dos I wanted to sample. On the day, she amped up her talent and made me look even more beautiful than when she met me for a trial. Even my FIL thought so! You know it’s real when men notice! Haha. She also took care of my mother, who is hard to please, but was able to say good things about her hair and make up that same day too. Overall what a beautiful experience. “High Voltage DJ was the last major vendor we booked because we truly believe music can make or break a party, and we wanted to get it right. Two weeks after our wedding, I can confidently say that the combo of HVDJ and our venue, Swan Lake Caterers, helped us throw an unforgettable celebration! We chose a DJ, MC, and photo booth. HVDJ also provided music for guest arrival, our ceremony, and cocktail hour. Leading up to the big day, Matt worked with us to complete a planning form that helped organize all the details—from the wedding party lineup and processional to our grand entrance and toasts. After our final meeting, we felt confident everything would go smoothly, and it did! We gave DJ Angelo a few must-play songs and shared the vibe we wanted for each part of the evening, but mostly asked him to read the room. He absolutely delivered! The only time the dance floor was empty was during dinner, and even then the music was so good I was singing along between bites. Throughout the night, the team checked in with us and kept the energy high. My cousins even joked that DJ Angelo might owe them new knees from dancing so much! At the end of the night, Chris and Nolan from the photo booth had us take a picture for the cover of a photo album filled with guest snapshots and well wishes, a lovely surprise. They also gave us a USB with all the photos. We’re so grateful for the energy and professionalism Matt, DJ Angelo, Chris, and Nolan brought to our wedding. They truly helped make the night amazing!”

“Choosing a wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make during the planning process and I can confidently say, choosing Swan Lake Caterers was the best decision we made. I’m so excited to write this review so other couples can have a similarly incredible experience! I looked everywhere around the tri-state area from Jersey, to Connecticut, all the boroughs (including Staten Island!!) to all over Long Island. Swan Lake Caterers was actually the first venue I visited, and I fell in love instantly. But, like many brides, I was indecisive. I kept searching, trying to be sure… and after every other tour, I kept coming back to Swan Lake in my heart, I had a feeling it was the one! And it absolutely was. The entire day was seamless, magical, and full of joy. One of the most touching things someone said to me was from my sister. She told me, “So many brides can’t enjoy their wedding day because there’s so much going on but we could see in your face how carefree and happy you were. You were truly having fun” This was in large part due to Swan Lake Caterers allowing me to focus on my husband, family and friends. They gave us peace of mind, beautiful surroundings, and the freedom to be fully present in every moment. The food was out of this world, our guests are still talking about it! Sophia and Charlie really catered to what we wanted and to our guests’ dietary needs! Including three of our vegan family members. The venue itself was picture perfect. It was elegant, romantic, and timeless! One of my guests said it looked like it was out of a Disney movie. Elena, our maitre-d worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure the decor and vibe was everything we wanted. She knocked it out of the park! Even though it was a little chilly, and started to drizzle, Sophia was in contact with us in the week leading up to it, to make sure everyone was comfortable temperature wise. They were so unimaginably attentive to us! The day of, Elena made sure that even without a rehearsal everything went off without a hitch. Speaking of attentiveness, Jill, my bridal attendant, was simply amazing. She made sure we had drinks in our hand, food on our plates, helped me fix the train on my dress a million and one times. I’m pretty sure they helped one of my guests fix a ripped dress? Seriously. People said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to! If you're thinking about getting married here, stop thinking and just say YES. I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am to Swan Lake Caterers and would love it for every other couple (and their guests) to have a similar experience!”

“Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. “Club G Entertainment created an iconic experience at my wedding. Gerard was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning experience: He promptly responded to all my emails and answered all of my questions in detail. He used a website called “Vibo DJ” which is where I was able to add my timeline, suggest music for cocktail hour/dinner/dancing, and make special requests. The website is incredibly organized and user-friendly, and I believe it contributed to the event running smoothly. Gerard played everything we could have asked for! There was a great mix of music for all generations, but what I really appreciated was that he played our requested songs and remixes that we asked for. So many of our guests have been informing us that they LOVED the music played at the wedding! We also LOVED MC Michael – His energy was unmatched and he kept everyone engaged throughout the evening. We ordered a Photobooth through Club G Entertainment – By 8am the morning after our wedding, Gerard had already sent us a link to view all the digital photobooth photos taken the night before. Club G Entertainment has been at several of our friends’ weddings, and there’s a reason why: He is incredibly talented and creates an unforgettable experience. “We had our wedding at The Essex Club and it was truly flawless from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, but what really made the experience exceptional was the level of care that went into every single detail. From the very beginning, Jessica in sales was incredible. “So I was looking for a photographer to do my 35th birthday photoshoot. My birthday was in August and I was looking for someone from May. I couldn't find anyone that was in the price range I was looking for. I didn't know photoshoot was so expensive. Anyhow I decided I wasn't gonna do it again since I can't find a reasonable priced photographer. One of my co worker at the time was getting married and she was telling me about her phoyoshoot for her engagement and how the guy was reasonable and professional and so on. So I asked her for his contact and so on. I messaged him and he gave me his packages and they were the most reasonable since my search. I decided to take a chance with him after seeing the work he did for my co worker and trust me I didn't regret it. Julian was patient and passionate about his craft. My package was 25 pictures and Julian took over 200 pictures. I had fun. After the shoot he sent all the pictures for me to choose the ones I want edited which I couldn't choose just 25 because they were all so good. So I told him I can't choose that small amount . I asked him if I could choose more and he gave me a discount. He said sure. Then I choose about 30 then he said he won't charge me extra he will just give me as a birthday gift. My pictures were clean and eye dazzling. I love them all. Julian went above and beyond for all the small details I wanted to add to my pictures as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing photographer. And I would personally use him again. One of my best photoshoot yet.”

“ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We hired AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID for our wedding and they were one of the best decisions we made. From the start, they were so easy to communicate with, incredibly professional, and genuinely attentive to our family’s needs. They even added last-minute band members with total ease, no stress, just smooth execution. We wanted a big party vibe, and that is exactly what we got. The vocals were phenomenal, the musicianship was outstanding, and the energy they brought was unreal. “Genie artistry was absolutely incredible for my wedding. We were a big group, 12 for makeup and 10 for hair. They finished us early, had time for touch ups and nothing about it felt rushed. The morning moved seamlessly and smoothly. Jeanine and her team are one of the best. I also had an extremely diverse bridal party and they were able to accommodate that and work on everyone. They truly highlighted everyone’s best features and each girl came out stunning. With 3 make up artists and 2 hair stylists you may worry about consistency but each member of the team is so talented, you cannot even tell who did which girl. We started at about 9am and by 6pm for the ceremony everyone’s hair and makeup was perfectly in tact. This is a rare team who can deliver excellence on 12 different girls in a 5 hour period.
