“Choosing a wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make during the planning process and I can confidently say, choosing Swan Lake Caterers was the best decision we made. I’m so excited to write this review so other couples can have a similarly incredible experience! I looked everywhere around the tri-state area from Jersey, to Connecticut, all the boroughs (including Staten Island!!) to all over Long Island. Swan Lake Caterers was actually the first venue I visited, and I fell in love instantly. But, like many brides, I was indecisive. I kept searching, trying to be sure… and after every other tour, I kept coming back to Swan Lake in my heart, I had a feeling it was the one! And it absolutely was. The entire day was seamless, magical, and full of joy. One of the most touching things someone said to me was from my sister. She told me, “So many brides can’t enjoy their wedding day because there’s so much going on but we could see in your face how carefree and happy you were. You were truly having fun” This was in large part due to Swan Lake Caterers allowing me to focus on my husband, family and friends. They gave us peace of mind, beautiful surroundings, and the freedom to be fully present in every moment. The food was out of this world, our guests are still talking about it! Sophia and Charlie really catered to what we wanted and to our guests’ dietary needs! Including three of our vegan family members. The venue itself was picture perfect. It was elegant, romantic, and timeless! One of my guests said it looked like it was out of a Disney movie. Elena, our maitre-d worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure the decor and vibe was everything we wanted. She knocked it out of the park! Even though it was a little chilly, and started to drizzle, Sophia was in contact with us in the week leading up to it, to make sure everyone was comfortable temperature wise. They were so unimaginably attentive to us! The day of, Elena made sure that even without a rehearsal everything went off without a hitch. Speaking of attentiveness, Jill, my bridal attendant, was simply amazing. She made sure we had drinks in our hand, food on our plates, helped me fix the train on my dress a million and one times. I’m pretty sure they helped one of my guests fix a ripped dress? Seriously. People said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to! If you're thinking about getting married here, stop thinking and just say YES. I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am to Swan Lake Caterers and would love it for every other couple (and their guests) to have a similar experience!”

“From the day we met Michael and the team, we knew we wanted to plan our wedding here at Bellport! There area so many things to highlight as Bellport really had everything we hoped for an more for our big day August 2025!!! The whole staff demonstrated a high level of communication during planning, and were extremely attentive to details from our wedding decor to being there for all of guests during our wedding reception. We loved the space, very large for inviting all of the guests we wanted-- we also loved the versatility of the large indoor space for dancing and dinner, the outdoor area overlooking the water, and the upstairs Irish coffee pub for an afterparty. The food at the wedding was magnificent. From the raw bar and many stations options during cocktail hour, to the lovely plated meal options during dinner (we especially loved the chateaubriand, duck, seafood, and eggplant options we were all able to offer). All meals were great quality and options for seconds, we and the guests loved the food! The bartenders were also fabulous and helped create our custom bride/groom drinks! Every aspect of the wedding came together far better than we could have dreamed, and Bellport went above and beyond in all areas. We would easily pick them again and again for our wedding vendor!”

“From our very first tour all the way to the end of our wedding day, we truly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding experience. We will forever be grateful to the incredible staff at Grassy Hill Country Club for making such an important and meaningful day feel absolutely magical and stress free. Our top priorities in searching for a venue were an enclosed outdoor ceremony space, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour space, lots of light and accessibility for guests both driving and commuting in from NYC. This venue fit all of these and we booked our date after our first visit. We appreciated the friendliness of the tour because they were very open and accommodating about any ideas we had and offered helpful ideas from previous weddings. The tour didn’t feel rushed or sales-focused like we experienced at a few of the nearby venues. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a nice hilly ride up into a mountain view and we loved that the ceremony gazebo was enclosed and didn’t have a view of golfers on the course. The communication with the general manager Tim was smooth from the beginning and he was extremely responsive to our questions at all hours of the day. His check-ins made us feel confident that everything was being checked off our list as we got closer to the wedding date. He made planning the wedding from out of state extremely easy by recommending great local vendors. Along with assisting with all of the small details he also personally ran the rehearsal where his attention to detail was very helpful and left everyone feeling prepared the night before the wedding. As a bride, I could not have been more thankful for the help of Tim and Tia the morning of my wedding. As expected I was full of emotions but their coordination made sure I was never hungry, hot or stressed. Being able to get ready at the venue let me have a calm morning and having multiple rooms allowed my husband and I to take turns taking photos with our family and side of the bridal party ahead of the ceremony without running into each other. Tia never missed a step and kept the bridal party well fed and comfortable. On top of that she assisted me with lining up with my father and gave me great words of comfort before such a big moment. From that point forward everything was taken care of by the amazing staff and we were able to fully be present at our wedding. They coordinated with the DJ and photographer and everything felt perfectly paced. The outdoor area overlooking the mountain was a perfect spot to step out, watch the beautiful sunset and get some fresh air. Thank you again to Tim, Tia and all of the incredible staff who made our day perfect.”

“From the moment my now-husband and I stepped foot into the Watermill, we knew it was the one. We had toured two other venues—both beautiful—but the instant I walked in, I felt in my heart and gut that this was where our fairytale wedding would come to life, and I was absolutely right. We booked with Rob, who immediately made us feel we were in the best hands. That warmth extended to everyone—from Mary at the front desk to Maria and Lorraine, who helped coordinate every detail. Anytime we had a question, the team was quick to help and always went above and beyond. The morning of the wedding was hectic, but the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Sean, Olivia, Francesca, and Dom—and instantly felt calm. Sean, our maître d’, was exceptional. His reassuring presence made all the difference, especially when the weather threatened our outdoor ceremony. He handled everything seamlessly and kept us informed without ever making us feel rushed. His goal was to give us the best day of our lives, and he absolutely delivered. Our captain, Dom, was incredible. He anticipated every need and even packed up all our untouched reception food so we could enjoy it later. His attentiveness was unmatched. Our bridal attendants, Olivia and Francesca, were absolute angels. Olivia helped with my veil, bustled my dress in record time, kept me hydrated, and always found me with a drink in hand. She guided us with so much patience and kindness. Francesca was equally wonderful—always right there, fixing my dress, bringing water, and anticipating anything I might need. I didn’t have to lift a finger all day. Our families couldn’t stop raving about all four—Sean, Dom, Olivia, and Francesca. Everyone said it was the best service they had ever experienced at a wedding. And if the staff weren’t enough, the food and ambiance were just as incredible. Cocktail hour alone blew everyone away—Latin, Mediterranean, Italian, a bacon bar, a butcher block, and endless passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner offered nine entrée options, and dessert included pastries and cookies at every table. Everything was phenomenal. Our guests are still talking nonstop about how perfect everything was—from the décor to the food to the outstanding service. I wish I could relive the entire day. Rob was right—at the Watermill, you are truly in the best hands!”

“We had our DREAM wedding at Stonebridge Country Club. From the first meeting with Diana to the day after our wedding and every day in between, everything was perfect. Any time I emailed or called, my questions were answered. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. Stonebridge is a great venue for many reasons. Some of our favorite parts were that it is a one wedding venue, they have a beautiful outdoor or indoor ceremony area, they venue holds a lot of people, the wrap around bar in cocktail hour room stays open all night long, they have beautiful getting ready suites and we knew we would be in great hands. The day of our wedding was perfect. We got ready in the beautifully updated bridal and grooms suites. Dinora was our bridal attendant. She is absolutely AMAZING. Not only did she remember mine and my husbands family members names but she was acknowledging everyone by their names; my bridesmaids, groomsmen & the kids. Whenever I needed something she was there to assist. She is truly phenomenal and made our wedding perfect and seamless. Terrence/T- Money, is another amazing part of getting married at Stonebridge. He was our maître d’ but truly he wears so many hats. He and Dinora worked perfectly together. Terrence was helpful in so many ways. He helped my husband cool down with frozen towels which was perfect. He made sure we both had a drink, glass of water or anything we needed. He ran our ceremony and was there to cheer us on. I can’t imagine him not being a part of our special day. And lastly, Diana was very helpful from the moment we booked until the day after the wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and always willing to help. She always made time for us. She was genuinely excited for our wedding day and she felt like family. My husband and I are so thankful that we got married at Stonebridge. We can’t wait to come back again as guests! Stonebridge will always be a special place for us. ”

“We had a beautiful wedding at the greenhouse of the Beardsley Zoo. The GlowWild light festival in the evening simply added to the magic of the event. The coordinators were wonderful in helping us set up and organize everything. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would just be that the head coordinator, Lindsay, was sometimes tricky to get in contact with via telephone for things like making our deposit and final payment for the venue.”
