With historic preservation, art and beauty in mind, this versatile property was thoughtfully renovated and designed by Grelen Co-Owner, Leslie Gregg. Her objective was to enhance the charm and character of the lovely Main Street by creatively restoring this classic old-world structure situated in the historic town of Orange, Virginia. The Grelen Depot boasts high ceilings, ample natural light, an art gallery, bar and lounge areas as well as a loft space with a range of seating options. Each space has its own distinct personality and all can be used for a variety of events including weddings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, workshops, corporate retreats, and more. The Depot also features a luxury suite, called The 118. This space has a living room, bedroom and glamorous full bath.

Woodlawn & Pope-Leighey House offers private rental options that combine the compelling history of the site with its natural landscape. There is a range of select spaces within the 126 acres of land for both small and large groups. Available interior spaces include the Underwood Room at Woodlawn and the Pope-Leighey House. Exterior spaces include the Fountain Garden, the Serpentine Garden, and the Garden at Pope-Leighey House. There is also an Event Tent for larger events availble April through November.
